Jednym z kilku spotkań dla seniorów uczestniczących w projekcie „Kultura u Seniora – kalejdoskop działań” było spotkanie z leśniczym Leśnictwa Kurznie Jarosławem Gomółką. Spotkanie rozpoczęło się prelekcją edukacyjną o Stobrawskim Parku Krajobrazowym, walorach przyrody i korzyściach, które seniorzy mogą czerpać z samego przebywania w okolicznych lasach. Uczestnicy zajęć aktywnie uczestniczyli w pogadance, a na koniec otrzymali upominki od prowadzącego. Dalsza część spotkania upłynęła seniorom przy płonącym ognisku. Gminny Ośrodek Kultury w Lubszy, jako opiekun projektu zapewnił zebranym poczęstunek, seniorzy otrzymali również informację o kolejnych działaniach projektowych.
Stu seniorów z Gminy Lubsza bierze udział w projekcie „Kultura u Seniora – kalejdoskop działań”, który realizuje Gminny Ośrodek Kultury w Lubszy, przy finansowym wsparciu Fundacji PZU.
Każdy z uczestników projektu otrzymał bezpłatne materiały plastyczne i w cyklach miesięcznych wykonuje określone prace. Seniorzy przygotowywali już m.in. kartki świąteczne, wianki wiosenne i „diamentowe obrazy”. W ramach projektu przewidziano także możliwość wzięcia udziału w bezpłatnych warsztatach z fizjoterapeutą, dietetykiem, psychologiem, czy leśnikiem.
Projekt „Kultura u Seniora – kalejdoskop działań” potrwa do listopada br., a podczas uroczystego zakończenia jego uczestnicy otrzymają pamiątkowe dyplomy oraz nagrody rzeczowe. Celem przedsięwzięcia jest urozmaicenie dnia powszedniego przebywających w domach osób starszych, przeciwdziałanie ich samotności i braku zajęć dodatkowych.
