8 marca sala widowiskowa w Gminnym Ośrodku Kultury w Lubszy zamieniła się w kawiarenkę retro. Właśnie w takim stylu odbył się w niej koncert z okazji Dnia Kobiet. Gościnnie wystąpili artyści z Domu Kultury w Karłowicach (działającego w strukturach Samorządowego Centrum Kultury, Turystyki i Rekreacji w Popielowie) – zespół wokalny „Lira”, Szymon Dobrzański (piano/wokal) oraz Maciej Kała (skrzypce).

Licznie zgromadzone na koncercie Panie mogły wysłuchać różnorodnych utworów, same zresztą z ochotą śpiewały niektóre piosenki. Poza tym śmiały się z anegdot opowiadanych przez wykonawców.

Dodatkową atrakcją wieczoru była możliwość wygrania nagród. Pan Tomasz Sągol (właściciel firmy „Venus” prowadzącej sklepy jubilerskie w Brzegu w Pasażu Słowackiego – ul. Słowackiego 31 oraz przy ul. Zakonnic 1) ufundował bon o wartości 300 zł do zrealizowania w ww. punktach sprzedaży. Natomiast nagrody pocieszenia (książki) ufundowała firma Elektro-Max Mirosław Drozd z Lubszy.

Na uczestniczki koncertu czekał również słodki poczęstunek. Przepyszne ciasta upiekły Panie: Aneta Januszek, Marzena Pięch, Halina Zaguła, Danuta Mielniczek oraz Dominika Daniel.

Organizatorem imprezy był Gminny Ośrodek Kultury w Lubszy.
