Po oficjalnym powitaniu gości odśpiewano hymn państwowy. Następnie zasłużeni strażacy zostali udekorowani medalami i odznaczeniami, a st. bryg. Dariusz Gieroń oraz bryg. Dariusz Kulawinek wręczyli akt przekazania ciężkiego wozu bojowego Komendantowi Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej Gminy Lubsza dh. Waldemarowi Czernickiemu. Na zakończenie oficjalnej części obchodów przemawiali zaproszeni goście, nie szczędząc pochwał odwadze i ofiarności strażaków.
Po zakończeniu części oficjalnej wszyscy uczestnicy ceremonii zostali zaproszeni na poczęstunek.
