Zimę żegnali, z gaikiem wracali!

Zwyczaje topienia marzanny i chodzenia z gaikiem związane są z porą wiosenną. Pierwszy stanowi ostatni, pożegnalny akt zimy, drugi inauguruje, wita i wnosi w życie ludzi wiosnę.

Wiedzą o tym uczniowie Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Jankowicach Wielkich, którzy jak każdego roku, tak i tym razem radośnie świętowali pierwszy dzień wiosny.

Uczniowie wyszli jej naprzeciw we wtorek 21 marca. Obchody powitania wiosny rozpoczęli od konkursu na Miss i Mistera wiosny. Zarówno zwycięzcy, jak i wszyscy pozostali uczestnicy, otrzymali sympatyczne nagrody.

Potem każda z klas prezentowała, jak wybudza wiosnę z zimowego snu. W trakcie trwania konkursów w tle rozbrzmiewała rytmiczna i zachęcająca do wspólnej zabawy muzyka.

Na zakończenie wszyscy wyszli ze szkoły barwnym korowodem powitać wiosnę. Dowolność strojów rozbudziła pomysłowość i wyobraźnię dzieci. Kolorowy, wesoły i rozbawiony orszak przeszedł, pod czujnym okiem ich opiekunów, przez wieś. Reprezentanci spośród uczniów udali się z wiosennymi stroikami i życzeniami do działających na terenie gminy zakładów pracy i instytucji. Gospodarze dziękowali za odwiedziny słodyczami.

Skandowanie i nawoływanie wiosny zakończyło imprezę i kolorowy gaik zagościł wśród rozbawionych dzieci. Z pięknie udekorowanym gaikiem uczniowie wrócili do szkoły.
